Admin Menu



Although there are several new menu options, some of them will not be enabled. This is based on permissions issued by CBI when registering as a Trans-Port merchant. Those that are enabled will be available by selecting them on the main menu. Let's begin by discussing the options available to most merchants.

The Admin menu will be the first new menu item to the left. By clicking on the Admin menu, you'll currently receive two options; Merchant Management and Update Your Account. When you select and click on the Merchant Management option, you'll receive a split screen listing of all of your "users".



In the listing above there are three specific areas of interest. The first is the addition of an additional menu item called Accounts. This menu item allows for the merchant administrator to create, edit, and monitor the user accounts assigned to that particular Merchant ID. We will cover this menu item and its options on the next page. Additionally, you will note that the Account ID column contains a link for accessing the detail on that user's account. You will also see a "Print" link that allows for a print-out of the listing in the top frame of the browser.



Once you select the user account from the listing, you can click the link under Account ID and access the details screen. This screen will allow the merchant administrator to edit/update the user's information within the system. This is where a merchant administrator would go to change a User ID or Password for a user.
